10 is fucked. Previous owner did the addition himself. How would one cover this up?

How would you change this? I want to remove the mulch and have drainage somehow. My ideas are river rock or concrete. Although, I was quoted $5K for concrete for the area covered in white. Any other options? That aren’t as expensive? The soil and mulch is also mixed with a shit ton of bird seed. The previous owners fed them right on the side of the house🤦‍♀️

NY- county funded program helping us with moisture issue.
Water damage caused by roof/chimney. Replaced roof. Had a contractor come in and cut out the ceiling, but it looks like they are just covering up the water damage down the chimney post and top of the wall outside of the room. He’s saying he can’t cut into the chimney wall because it’s the chimney….

Afraid I can’t keep up with it ☹️ self conscious that it looks a mess. any advice on how to manage?

Black? Navy? Dark grey or keep white?

Removed everything from this closet and discovered this. Could it be mold?

The flashing,Should it be underneath? Does this look like it’ll work effectively? Don’t worry new siding is in progress.

She’s 95 years young. The siding is in pretty bad condition (not pictured) and there’s lead underneath. Wonderful lead remediation program is giving us new siding. This is the color I chose ( blue gray?) did I fuck up? Am I taking all its characters away? Be so honest please! *second pic is AI rendering of color chosen, cannot change color now*
