My town had an estate sal3 with some pretty sweet art pieces and I found a couple of cool vintage cars so I took them home. I knew this Camaro was very old but when I checked and saw the stamp on the bottom without a date and Hot Wheels still having a pending patent I knew I struck an awesome piece of history! I was thinking of restoring it but with this new information from AI that I have a car from 1968-9 then I think I'll keep it just as it is to preserve the love that it reflects from its original owner.

I am new to the hobby so I was amazed by the new LB-ER34 Super Silhouette Skyline. I just did a bit of research and found out the real life car debuted at the 2020 Tokyo Auto Salon and wore a distinctive red top over a black bottom colorway. I did some more research and that same original colorway can be found easily for around $20 with identical tampos and the same premium wheels. The base is the exact same, the wheels are the same, so I dont understand why they are valued so differently except for people fearing of missing out on this gold chase car. Personally I'll be buying the original version because I love the look, and trust me I love gold cars as you can see from my last picture but the uniqueness and history of the red and black is way too cool to pass up. Anyhow what do yall think of what Hot Wheels has made of this car?

The metal flakes paint is on another level to anything else I have. It may be the last of all 80's convertible Corvette's but it is definitely the best!

I'm really tempted to test those rubber wheels on a HW track lol
