Another dark roast today with some milk and microfoam. Coupled with music from Van der Graaf Generator. Pawn Hearts is my favorite album from them.

I love coffee via moka pot. Though I prefer to add a little milk with microfoam after the extraction.

I have tried with equal parts club soda on the side as well but never fancied that combo.

What other recipes do you guys have for me to try after I extract the coffee via this Bialetti moka pot?
