Feedback on power system abyssal resonance refined
Hi, this is a power system I made for my world called abyssal resonance ( refined ) would like some feedback
I will try to simplify it as much as possible
Thai power system uses fear as the main source, basically, everyone has a anchor fear that is anchored since you were born, and it awakens during a "Canon event" where the user feels his anchor fear.
Like fear of fire, and then during 99years old, you survive a house fire but your family dies. Canon event:)
There are three types of energies: dread, technique and grace.

Dread is the normal, naturally leaking from the soul, it is used as the energy for most attacks, like dread infused punches and so on

Technique is the second energy. It is gained after a Canon event, where the user decides to "interact" with his anchor fear/ embodiment to "lend" some of its power.
But it needs to have a conductor to conduct techniques such as dread or dreadstone( not really important now)

Grace is a rare and unnatural energy coming from the world tree, it counteracts dread.

So basically dread = fuel and conductor
Technique = electricity
Grace = insulator
Breaking point
This is basically when the user leaks dread naturally and accidentally but not purposely.
A breaking point can only happen when you interact with your anchor fear.
When a breaking point happens, you usually feel mild effects like normal fear, until you leak too much then the embodiment could show up, using your body as a vessel, but you can still come back.
It can be treated by world tree things like tree leaf herbs and etc.
Abilities
There are many abilities that normal people can use for now. ( Prob adding more)
Fear infused
— dread infused punches, adding techniques will strengthen techniques
Mental projection
— imagine purposely leaking and compressing dread and techniques, and then sending the dread through direct contact. Then the opponent goes into a mental state associated with your technique
(Sending brainwaves to the person's brain)
Abyssal technique
Purposely leaking and adding technique to make a domain barrier associated with your technique. It has two states being wrath and defensive, one stronger and one more longer
So last thing I wanna say is that this is still fear, a negative emotion, so when I make one, I try to base it of the feeling rather than just fire with fireball!
And since it's a negative emotion, the techniques sometimes hurt you too. So it's a competition of control rather than power
