I cant understand why haven't they resolved the issue yet. Was I some experiment? Did anyone else got their banned account reactivated?

For my brother's 18th birthday
Next month my brother will turn 18. I dont know what guys like honestly. I have been really trying to ask him, what kinda snacks, or things he likes. He keeps saying get me a ps5, or xbox. But I dont have the budget. I am also a student, and earns about 15000 Pkr.
What is the best things I could buy under 20,000.

Refund from Daraz
I got my refund from daraz and they said they refunded me on 26th of July, BTW I paid via my jazzcash debit card, and I was supposed to receive the amount on Wednesday 5th Aug, ans its still not in my acc. Theyre saying its like my own bank issue and not an issue in their side and i have to get bank statements or sum proof to get a proper investigation or smth
What do I do.
