Does anyone know more about the stock photos that appear in the Letter A game and a few others? What is this games obsession with strange vague images? Where are they from? Who are these people?

I work as a tutor for a company that provides public schools with SAT/ACT tutoring for students after school. I’m a facilitator meaning i teach and run full classes with no member of the school staff. My lack of affiliation with the school means there are no enforceable disciplinary measures of any kind! Can’t give detention, pink slips, call parents, excuse from the class, or anything. The most i can do is separate talkative students, but i fear for the day they challenge my authority to even do that! Bc if they refuse to move, i really can’t make them or escalate the situation at all. I’m not allowed to let students leave early and i can’t leave the classroom without someone to watch the kids. My issue is that there seems to be no incentive to participate in class or to behave in any way.

With no consequences for bad behavior or for not doing hw, students tend to do whatever they please and that is usually not the material. I’m wondering if anyone has experience handling a difficult groups of kids with similar conditions.

Im going to start Accutane next week and I’m looking to get in front of some of the symptoms before they get out of hand. Obviously moisturizing and lots of water, but are there any other tips to really minimize symptoms? I watched my siblings go through some nasty stuff when they took it and I’d love to be as prepared as possible to maximize effectiveness and minimize discomfort or complications.

How does one’s ween off PPI? Every time i stop taking them i get debilitating heartburn/indigestion within 2-3 days and end up taking it again out of desperation. Tums and Pepcid don’t work for longer than an hour. I can NEVER lay fully down. I feel like I’m going to be stuck on this medication forever, even though I fear the side effects and my doctor told me it’s ok to stop taking it, i just can’t bare the pain and nothing works as good as omeprezole.

If you weened off it, what helped? They don’t sell 10mg so i can’t really get smaller than 20s. Should I see a different doctor?
