Not sure what's up with my cherry blossom

Planted a weeping cherry blossom about 3 years ago, last year I got lots of leaves, full coverage but this year, not great. There were more blossoms on it this year. Is this normal? Do I need to do something to help it come back strong next year?

All I've been doing is pruning it a little in the winter.

Any help appreciated... Some photos included

25km home with 35km range

I only have my Bz a few weeks. 2023 with about 30km on the clock, based in ireland. Forgot to activate the charger last night so had to take it to work with low charge... It's 25km drive home and the range is showing 35km.

Has anyone noticed a quicker drop on the battery when you get below 10%. I haven't been this low before but have noticed a slightly quicker drop below 25%...

Would you do a 25km journey with 35km on the range??

Can you bring notes into an interview?

I have an interview next month. I was considering bringing in some notes, bullet points of my experience and achievements and competencies etc.

Its an internal role so I know the panel and they know me.

Not sure if it would be considered acceptable. What do you think?

Do you tip when there is a service charge?

Just booked a restaurant in Dublin for a large party of adults 15-20 people. Was told there will be a service charge of 12.5% as it's such a large group. No issue with that and was factoring in a tip of around 10% anyway when I was planning to make the booking.

My question is, as they have a service charge do I add on a tip also? I know some service charges go into the till where as tips are directly to the staff....

The bill will be close to €1600 plus drinks on top of that so to add 12% and then another 10% as well is a lot!!

Neutral

Driving along a straight road I dropped the car into neutral while doing about 40kph... Just to see what would happen. Nothing happened! It just rolled on, then I clicked it back into drive, there was a bit of a kick and off I went...

Got me thinking, would this do any damage??

Sometimes when reversing I switch from R to D while the car is slowly rolling backwards, doesn't seem to be causing an issue but are my bad habits ruining the car???

Dog s#!t

Since the introduction of biodegradable bags, the amount of bags of dog poo in bushes has massively increased. Last year, I tried cleaning these up in my area but once I had the place clean, they started appearing the very next day!! It got me thinking that would paper bags be better?? I was thinking that if there was a bag that was designed to just move the poo into a bush or off the main pathway/grass area it would be much better. It got me thinking that a paper bag would do this job just perfectly, or a tissue bag. Just something thats enough to lift and toss the poo... Do you think society would approve this??
