When i was in 2022 i used to focus over higher weights and as well i was not having proper diet
Then slowly i started using mass gainer
Before starting gaining i was around 60 kg the photo shown below is from 2022 i am talking abt that time then went till 75 kg and was looking chubby totally as i gained fat alot thats in 2023 then i found out a hack which helped me alot during my journey
So basically i changed my sets as well weights
1- chest and shoulder
2 - back and rear delt
3- legs and abs
4- full arms
And i repeated this for long time
Which showed major progress during my life
I am non-vegetarian so protein was never problem for me i do cook 500 gms of chicken then 12 eggs which provided me around 200 gms of protein on daily basis to maintain heat in my body i used to drink coconut water , curd on daily basis
Now following the same schedule and going to the cutting phase
And yes i do drink creatine and protein started now
