How long do pre-orders take to ship?

this product was supposed to ship late July, but its already August, and i was wondering when it was going to ship

i wanted to consolidate some of my orders i had with this, but the storage duration in the warehouse for the other orders are about to expire, so i was in a bit of a hurry

regardless of what community i post in my posts arent going through on another account i have cause they get deleted like 1 second after i post them

i think i have enough karma or minimum age so i dont understand the problem
