I want to make sure my characters don’t look like the same person if they were to get a tan/different hairstyle, like do they look like entirely different people who aren’t related?

It was actually a huge abscess, the only precedent for what she had in Canada was found during an autopsy. She survived the operation and now we gotta keep an eye on her but she’s a fighter!
