Courier didnt deliver my food

Hi I ordered a mcdonalds on just eat a couple of weeks ago and the driver turned up with no food and was going on about the driver in front took my food and then started rambling about romanians we was there so long whilst he was going on about random stuff then said he needed the code as it wont clear of his screen otherwise, I was hesitant at first but he was confusing me going on about random stuff and I didnt know what he was saying but in the end he managed to get the delivery code out of me and he said I need to contact just eat about a refund which I did but obviously they was refusing to give me one as id handed over the code so I argued with them a bit and provided ring cam footage of the whole scene from when he walked to my door with no food and you can ear him word for word so isnt like im lying and luckily I did in the end get a refund but my question is how do I report him he shouldnt be asking for a code without having any food to give, I emailed the couriers@just-eat.co.uk on the day of the order to report him but I havent heard anything back yet and its been 2 weeks and I want to make sure they have logged my complaint so he cant do this again to the next person.

Ill obviously fully refuse to give the code next time but right now I want to report him

Occupational health

Anyone else found OH to be a complete waste of time. Ive been asking my work place for a year to be referred for a bad foot and they finally did it as I rang in sick because of it and had an attendance meeting and was told if I was referred ill get 5% sickness attendance before an attendance meeting is triggered rather than the usual 3%, the thing is also is have a fit note from my doctor that already put adjustments in place for me since no one was referring me but my work still wanted to do the referral so I did it just to have the adjustments be the same I already had in the fit note and being told im being discharged straight away so I wont get the 5% attendance if im off for this again. Complete waste of time

Cat has swollen face

I was looking for some advice, I took my cat to the vets last Tuesday as he had this lump on his face, they said it could be an infection or a tooth absess which would require xrays and surgery if it was a tooth absess so they gave us pain meds, antibiotics and he has to wear the cone. Its been 6 days now and it doesnt look any better, ive contacted my vet today but as its a bank holiday they wont reply until tomorrow but my concern is what the next step would be. I want to avoid surgery at all costs since hes 14 years old, has unregulated diabetes and his stress related seizures plus he seems to have a slight bit of kitty dementia so I dont want to put him through the stress of surgery and he may not even make it through it. So unsure what the next steps would be for him without surgery

Diabetic cat has swollen face

My cat whos 14 years old was diagnosed with diabetes around this time last year and his nunbers still arent regulated so hes got that and he has seizures so he's on meds for that and now hes got a swollen face and vets think its rather a tooth absess or something with his eye but its hard to tell as the swelling is quite big, they have given us antibiotics and pain meds and see if it goes down if not and it is tooth absess hell need an xray and dental done which I assume is tooth extract so hell put under anesthetic so worries me putting him through that when he isnt very well anyway and because hes a senior cat

Nasty UTI

Hi so i recently had a really bad UTI, first night had fever then chills, then was just generally feeling unwell and pain like my bladder was contracting as I peed and the pain was horrible and then going to the toilet like 10 times in an hour so got antibiotics from the doctor and after a couple of days felt so much better and felt like my bladder would contract but it didnt. Now ive finished the whole course of antibiotics and have no symptoms now but the only thing ive noticed is a slight pressure still in the bladder but it isnt affecting me peeing or anything so do you think this is just the bladder healing itself after dealing with the horrible pain I had during the UTI or is they a chance the infection id still there?
