Was approved for 7mg 2mo supply of BPI today. Paid the 75$ consultation fee. Portal balance says I owe 204$ for the med. The math isn’t making sense per the advertised sale prices. I have reached out but thought I’d ask here too. I feel like the remaining should be $144?

Anybody using Lily Direct to micro/click dose and getting it via a telehealth provider that supports this? I’m in maintenance mode and wanting to stretch a higher dose Kwikpen for cost purposes. Looking to transition off compound. Thanks!
