Addressing the claim Naruto ignored Hinata's confession.

Also, the game also addressed why Naruto didn't approach her after pain arc. ik it is not Canon, and I would've liked for that to happen, but I can accept that it makes sense.

Credit for the pics slide 7,8 was added by me personally.

I was rereading Naruto, and during the “proud failure” speech, I noticed the quiet poetry in how Masashi Kishimoto uses choreography and positioning to reflect character. I understand this is a minor detail, but for me, it fits perfectly and speaks volumes.

At the start, Hinata Hyuga hides behind a log. It’s more than staging, it’s her essence. She has built her life in the margins, defined by doubt. Even her admiration for Naruto Uzumaki has always been from a distance. She watches. She hopes. She remains unseen.

Then Naruto begins to doubt himself and something shifts.

Hinata steps forward. She crosses the space that once held her back. Physically small, but symbolically immense. She isn’t just moving toward him, she’s pushing through the fear that kept her silent. For a moment, the girl who lives in the margins chooses the center.

And then, she retreats.

After pouring her feelings out (her talk no jutsu), she returns to the safety of the log, unchanged on the surface. Her fear hasn’t disappeared. She isn’t suddenly fearless, but she is changed all the same.

She is still the same person, yet not the same person.

Kishimoto gives us the most honest kind of growth, not a transformation into someone new, but proof that the person she already is can be brave when it matters most.
