Start Fin + Oral Min together, or stagger them? Need advice.
Hey everyone, I’m 25 and just got prescriptions for oral Finasteride and oral Minoxidil.
I’m stuck on the best way to start though:
Should I just take both right out of the gate? It seems like that gives the fastest results, but I kinda won’t know is which medication is doing the heavy lifting or if I even need both of them.
Or is it smarter to start with just finasteride for 6–12 months to see if it stabilizes things on its own? If it works well enough, I save myself from taking a second daily pill for the rest of my life. If I still need more thickness later, I can always add the minoxidil then.
For anyone who has been through this, did you just hit it with full force right away, or do you regret not staggering them to see your baseline first?
