I am 43m and for the past 27 years everyday for the whole day. I have had the following symptoms:

felt the urge to vomit

felt like I'm going to faint/pass out

headache

general lack of energy and malaise

I drink lots of water, my sleep is ok. I don't drink or smoke, and I eat what I think is a balanced diet(very little processed food).

I had my blood work done and everything was normal. Doctors have told me they don't think it's EBV, Lyme disease, shingles, or mono, but who knows. Maybe they missed something.

I have also been diagnosed with anxiety and depression.

Would love to get some feedback. Thanks!

This movie is not Loan Shark (1952). I am looking for the title to a black and white semi-comedic noir movie that features a Jewish (this fact features heavily) bookie/loan shark in LA who has just gotten out of prison and is under the protection of the Mafia. He fights to get his old territory back from a changing neighborhood and is eventually pushed out. He buys a catering hall and has one of his relatives front it, but he needs the approval of his brother-in-law's Synagogue. He is estranged from his ex-wife and children. He meets his daughter by getting into a car accident with the car she is riding in. One of his daughters is dating the son of a wealthy department store owner. He gets in trouble because he is financing the new legit business with dirty money from his loan sharking/bookmaking business. He gets arrested and has a heart attack. Thinking he's dying, he give all his money away to charity on a telethon.

I don't believe it was widely released in theaters or at all due to conflict with the studio. It reminds me a little of Uncut Gems. It's a great movie.
