This is my first 4th of July here in Washington. I was wondering if there is a place I can go to not hear fireworks. I am a veteran and I am having issues with the constant fireworks. I need a break. I was thinking of going out to eat or something. Any ideas?
My kiddo looked me in eye asking in his most pathetic face and asked for cookies. There was no way I could have said no. So, m&m for him but the peanut butter is a new cookie for me. Both taste great.
I made brownies from scratch for the first time today. Kiddo wanted to help too. It tasted good but needs a glass of milk to go with it.

I want to start making bread and other yeast items (donuts). I was thinking of getting a proofing box from Amazon. My oven does not have a proofing setting. I want to know if they work and what everyone thinks of them.
