Does Patagonia have the best (if not, one of the best) customer service?

I just had a brief interaction with customer service, and my issue was resolved within seconds. The chat was immediately available like no AI bot to navigate through (which I usually end up overriding by repeatedly typing “customer representative please”). Instead, I was connected directly to a representative who went above and beyond to resolve my issue.

We pay relatively premium prices for highly durable and functional clothing (although it is absolutely worth it imho), and I’m very happy to see that the premium translates into excellent customer service as well. It reminds me of Apple in the early iPhone era, when they had the best customer service before it started taking multiple store visits or chats to get the right service unless you paid for AppleCare.

Just wanted to give a big shoutout, and I truly hope Patagonia continues to deliver this kind of exceptional service.

Probably not everyone cares about this as much, but today I finally completed two hard cycles (Heal Relationship Blocks and Relationship Longing) that I’d been waiting to finish for quite some time. If I remember correctly, whenever I completed a cycle in the past, there would be a small congratulatory note announcing the exit and highlighting how great it was that I went through it—along with a couple of sentences validating what I experienced.

I didn’t get any of those notifications today, so I’m wondering if this has changed because of recent app updates. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
