Missing out on a player turns people into philosophers so fast

Missing out on a player turns people into philosophers so fast

The reaction to Rodri choosing Barça has been hilarious. One day he’s the perfect final piece, next day the debate becomes which club is a “higher level” and whether he’ll regret the move forever. This is probably my favourite part of transfer season: everyone rewrites the meaning of a player the second he picks someone else. Rodri can be an elite midfielder and still choose the project he prefers. Both things can be true.

In snowy parts of the US, are high-sided all-weather floor mats basically standard because of road salt?

For purchases like this, where the current thing still works but creates small recurring hassles, how do you decide when spending a little more is sensible rather than unnecessary? Do you wait until the old option actually fails, or is reducing repeated cleaning and frustration enough reason to upgrade?

How to vet divorce attorneys in Abu Dhabi (need to avoid court drama)

Hello all, hope you are having great weekend out there, unlike me:( sadly I am facing an upcoming split with my wife. I'm 41M with an 11yo daughter and 8yo son, based in ad money to hire top tier legal counsel is fine, but since I have zero background in UAE court systems, I'm pretty out of my depth on how to shop around.

I know the civil family court rules default to joint custody until 18 now, so right now I want an attorney who actually prioritizes a clean, mediated settlement instead of manufacturing drama just to bill extra hours. How should I evaluate a family lawyer during the initial chat? and what stops an advocate from promising you the world before you sign the power of attorney? Pls drop any warning signs I should watch out for.

Looking forward for suggestions!

What temp do you guys give baby’s milk?

FTM here and I’m probably overthinking this,

My baby seems to prefer warm milk, but I keep seeing people say their babies happily drink it cold or straight at room temp. I usually warm ours a little, but sometimes it feels like such a hassle, especially for those middle of the night feeds.

For real do you people actually check the temperature every time, or just test it on your wrist?

Also for parents who warm bottles, do you use a bottle warmer or just warm them another way?

What does your baby actually prefer?
