Finished and framed black linework piece

The all black piece I showed yesterday is all done today, maybe a total of 10 ish hours. I used 2 spools of regular black sewing thread and candle wax on a piece of a thrifted sheet, thrifted the beautiful frame yesterday for £3.

A bit wrinkled in the frame, I tried to iron it a little bit I never said I was perfect. 🖤

I love how it looks on my nightstand with my other random art.

Starting a new piece

Thanks so much for all your lovely comments on my last piece I posted! I’m recovering from surgery and took a short walk today in town and found this cool frame for £3, going to do another black outline piece to go in it if all goes right. Using a piece of a purple thrifted sheet as my fabric. Design inspired by a 19th century botanical drawing found on Pinterest but changed up.

Simple Black Embroidery

I am recovering from abdominal surgery and my mobility is limited but have been itching to create, finally was able to work on something simple, I got the idea to just use black thread and a small hoop. The design I drew myself inspired by a botanical drawing I saw on Pinterest. I finished it in about 7ish hours while laying in bed.

BFF House- Travis Scott Makeover

An “adult” emo look for Travis Scott. I imagine maybe he was a huge emo scene kid when he was younger but now he’s around 32 and works tech support remotely but still rocks his piercings he got in back 2008. I didn’t want to change his features or yellow hair, I imagine his yellow hair is not amazing home bleach job.

House inspired on the house on “Happiness Island” in Sweden built in the 1890s. Inspired not exact because I’d go crazy trying to get exact. Swipe to the end to see the real house.
