After three days na pangungulit as CSR dahil sa blinking Red LOS, may pumunta na technician dito kahapon (finally), naayos after 30 minutes na pagchecheck nila ng mga poste and shit. Same speed ulit like 600Mbps. Tapos wala pang 2 days, Red LOS na naman! Howww tf??

Sabi samin nung May 17, isolated case daw :/ May contact number kami ng technician. Considering paying them nalang basta maayos pero idk dahil di naman naayos talaga.

Anyone experienced something similar?

More than one day na LOS. First time pero sobrang need kasi sa work kaya desperate na. And they told us may magvivisit kahapon pero walang dumating.

Has anyone tried going sa office nila in person to request for a technician the same day? May pumunta ba agad? Mas mapapabilis ba mag pupuntahan na sila?

More than 10 times na ata namin sila tinatawagan to follow up since May 17 lol. Sabi marked as high priority and urgent na daw kami, still nothing. :/ Paano na lang yung mga di naka high priority haha if it does mean something to them
