Hi there,
I have a natural gas boiler and starting in the spring, and continuing over summer, the regulator occasionally buzzes. It isn’t every time it runs, and it doesn’t seem to do it over winter, when the boiler is cycling more often. What is the deal?

I installed this double walled zinc coated chimney for a natural gas heater a few years ago. I’ve barely used it - maybe once or twice a year since then. Why are the shingles where the moisture runs off discolored? Or rather, cleaner? It looks like the moss, etc, doesn’t grow there. Anyone?
