What's the best episode for a new viewer?

I have a friend and I think she would like Blackadder, since she is fond of British humor (we are Brazilians).

So, I question, which episode is the best to introduce someone to Blackadder? (I think "Head" or "Captain Cook" might be good options.)

Mind Your Language is ITV's peak comedy (an exaggeration, of course, since I didn't saw other ITV shows apart from Rising Damp), what you think about it?

  1. "If you're going to grope a girl, have the gallantry to stay in the room with her while you're doing it."
  2. "Is this a piece of your brain?"
  3. It's between the land and the sky."
  4. "Yes, you did; you invaded Poland!"
  5. "Duck's off, sorry."
  6. "Three or four times a week."
  7. "Door's gone!"
  8. "... one on top of the other in the traditional fashion."
  9. "You told me to shut up!"
  10. "Small!... Small!"
