Why is this house on the market for this long? (94040 MTV)

This house in MTV 94040 is in a great school district / neighborhood, and the house is renovated. Why is it on the market for 27 days? Is it because it's on a main road or is there something in the disclosure that prevents it from selling?

How did you carry your car seat onboard for use in flight? (Photos?)

Inspired by this post , a number of parents said they used car seats on the plane.

I plan to get the Cosco Scenara for my child when he'll be 14-month-old, but I'll be flying solo with him and my 8-year-old (spouse not traveling), so I really need to minimize what I bring onboard.

I've seen different methods shared:

  1. A foldable luggage cart to carry the car seat (with the kid in it), and gate check the stroller
  2. Use a strap to attach the car seat to the back of the stroller
  3. Use a strap to attach the car seat to a carry on
  4. Use a car seat backpack (I'd rather not do this if possible)
  5. Something else that's creative?

Would love to see what other parents did (and hear the pros and cons of each method); BONUS if you have photos to demonstrate! Thank you in advance!

Are you able to take your compact stroller onboard?

7 years ago when I flew with my baby, I was able to keep her in her yoyo stroller all the way until we reached our seats. I loaded her, folded the stroller and put it in the overhead compartment.

This time around with baby #2, we have a Joolz Aer+ that folds as small as the yoyo. But when we flew ANA and EVA air, we were told that we can't use it on the plane. We have to fold it and carry it to our seat if we want to keep it with us.

It was a major inconvenience because we bought a seat for our baby so he can sit/sleep in his car seat and we'd board the plane with him in the car seat, attached to the stroller.

Now my husband had to awkwardly carry a baby in the car seat through the plane to our seat, while I carry a folded stroller along with diaper bag and my personal bag.

Wondering if the rules have changed recently for international airlines, or us it just ANA and EVA air being difficult?

"Chair belt" portable high chair

I'm considering the "chair belt" compact high chair for an upcoming international trip. The back straps attaches to the chair, and there's a harness you can use to secure the baby.

It looks really ideal for traveling, and the reviews on amazon were very positive. Curious if parents here have used this type of chair belt before?

Our alternative is the Hiccapop OmniBoost Travel Booster Seat with Tray, which we used with our first one and liked. It's, however, slightly bulkier than the chair belt. Would love to hear parents' thoughts on how these two compare. Thank you!

Thoughts on Vuori Sling 2.0

Just started looking for a sling bag so I can be hands-free in an upcoming international trip with a baby. Saw this Vuori sling bag in the store yesterday, and thought it looked pretty good. However, the price tag ($68) gave me pauses.

Curious what ManyBaggers think about Vuori bag quality. They definitely seem over-priced for the material, but if they're well-made, functional and stylish, may be worth considering.

What's with the price history of this house in San Carlos?

We went to tour an open house in this neighborhood. Thought this house looked nice and looked it up online. https://redf.in/hRhjYB

It was first listed in Aug 2025, and finally sold under-listing in March. It was listed, removed, re-listed for several times in between. So odd for a house that looks like a beautiful new build. Does anyone know what happened?
