Need some recommendations for romance with good plot

Hi there,

I am looking for COGs that have a good plot and some interesting yet angsty romance. Think about Night Road or Heart of the House. I want the story and characters to be well crafted and not fall into stereotypes as well as the player's choices to be meaningful.

I have tried Affairs of the Court and enjoyed for most of the part BUT the game is very very underdeveloped in my opinion.

Hi, what's this clump?

What's this clump of dough? It is not sticky and does not dissolve in water. It's like a slime, no borax no glue. And to mention, it is the size of a ping-pong ball.

In the morning I have fed my sourdough(25g starter, 75g whole wheat and 60g water) from the fridge and left it in a warm place to rise. It has risen and had a nice smell. I like to dissolved the starter with water and when I mixed I noticed that something is sticking to my whisk and doesn't dissolve.

That is the blob. Is it gluten?

Just finished the game!

I loved every second playing the game! It was very interesting and better than I expected.

The player has to read much, I did not mind it and I think it is better- this way each player can interpret the lines in their own way without being influenced by the emotions/tone of a voiced character.

The first act was soooo good! Maybe the youth of Andreas made it that way? The second one was too depressing. The third not so, the people had more hope for the future.

Overall, the feeling of uncertainty followed us in each act, we will never be sure who committed the crimes and I prefer it that way. I was a bit disappointed about who is the culprit but I can understand why they did it.

From what I understand there aren't different endings. There is this one big ending which can have minor outcomes. I would have preferred if there was a way for Mags to stay in the town, or to become a Poor Claire etc.

What it takes for a bread to be good?

Most of the sourdough recipes I saw included a Dutch oven, some sophisticated bath water in the oven, or some kind of specific flour. I get it that if it is rye flour bread you won't use white flour, but I am refering to the standard white flour loaf.

I wish to share from my experience that these things are not mandatory for a good bread. You can use what you already have at home.

I have used a metal baking tray and it worked well, the bread was uniformly baked and I have tried with a heat resistant glass tray and the results were good, better than with the metal one.

If you already have a Dutch oven and use it for bread, that's awesome! I wish I had one of those cute pots but they are very expensive and do not fit into a student's budget.

Do not be intimidated into buying specific things when you have alternatives at home.

My favourite recipe:

100g starter

500g flour(any kind, I like to combine, 250g whole wheat+250s white flour; 160g oats flour, 160g whole wheat, 180g white flour)

2 teaspoons salt

60g olive oil(optional)

I have encountered a nasty bug while playing this mod. After arriving in Chinatown I did Ox' quest and then when I wanted to go back to Downtown, the loading screen would freeze.
