2 days ago my friend threw up then after that at night we went to the gym together cause she said she felt better, yesterday nothing happened to her she was fine we went out together and we drunk from the same cup, today morning she said she threw up , we were supposed to go out with my other friend but she stayed home since shes sick and now me and my other friend are out.. im trying not to panic since im gonna be out the whole day im scared
I was laying in bed then i felt the need to burp which sometimes scares me so i decided to sit up and then the burp or gas came felt it in my throat with very hot liquid i immediately swallowed that then it happened again 5 mins later and now every 5 mins i feel like a burp is coming in my throat with a little liquid and its scaring me 😭 im trying not to get reassurance but i really need to pee and i honestly see the bathroom as an anxiety inducing place bcs of this phobia so im trying to convince myself to go and ghat im okay🙏😭
so i decided to eat protein pudding with dark chocolate crushed into it and i used a plastic fork ro eat with and rn literally before finishing the protein pudding i noticed that some part of the fork is broken and then after that i just strtaed getting anxious and feeling it in my throat so i think thats anxiety but also not sure what if uts part of the fork stuck in my throat??the thing is idk if i swallowed it or what??? im scared i checked around and i think i mightve swallowed it its like 1.5 cm of the tip of the fork im so scared
im os sick of this phobia its so embarrassing since im literally an adult ,this past month every fricking day i cant eat or drink well my mom came to visit me and genuinely i cant eat and she tried to help me and tell me that im okay and there is nothing but now shes very mad at me and saying she regrets even visiting me since im just very negative, i keep panicking and getting anxious i cant even enjoy my time with my mom who i havent seen for some time now and it was my birthday yesterday couldnt even celebrate that cause i was just anxious the whole day lmao, i really want to recover but everytime i try to eat or anything i just get so anxious and id have to spit the food out cause i just feel like it gets stuck in my throat , idk what to do i hate this
hi im just very scared so these past 2 weeks i haven't been eating or drinking well and i have been having bowel movements after like a lot of days n9w i has a good bowel movement on Thursday and then yesterday i felt the need to go but i started getting scared whenever i have to poop so i couldn't really poop and i ended up constipated so now today i had to go but i was too scared so nothing ended up happening now 1 hour and a half ago i got the urge and went sat down tmi i know for like 2 mins nothing came so i ended u0 just leaving the bathroom now fast forward o now i just feel lower stomach pressure like when ur on ur period and nauseous in throat and also pressure down there i know i should he maybe drinking water or eating since i only drunk like a cup today but i cant rn i drunk only 2 sips but i am scared of drinking :(( i know this us so stupid and could have been prevented but idk why everytime i go to the toilet i just panic and when i panic i cant poop lol and now im just scared that its going to happen lol
does anyone just have this feeling in their throat everyday like i feel like i get so much pressure in my jaw ear and throat and its like i feel like there is something in my throat idk how to explain it but im pretty sure it irritates my throat cause sometimes i have to cough from it , it happens to me everyday every time in trying to eat it happens i try to ignore it but when there is so much pressure its kinda hard to eat , idk if this throat nausea or what but im sick of it
For an infant choking, you first give 5 back blows, and then 5 chest thrusts. What I’m confused about is the 5 chest thrusts. I was taught that, for the 5 chest thrusts, you put the baby on your lap, then place both hands around the baby’s chest, using the two-thumb encircling technique, and then give 5 chest thrusts.
Now, when doing that should the baby’s head be lower than the chest, or is it okay if it’s at the same height? Also, when placing your thumbs/fingers, should I find the xiphoid process, or, because it’s a baby, is it different?
I really need help, honestly. It would be appreciated.
