Pretty straightforward

Ragnir is carrying the fight vs Imu

Lowki has no way to handle Big Rag's ice

Ragnir LET Loki beat him because he sensed Imu's corruption and wasn't gonna pass up a fade

Big Rag survived Imu's void century purge. Yk who didn't? The God of War.

DR prevented Rocks from fighting intelligently. In fact, Rocks is fighting himself in this state, resisting the corruption and going as far as using ACoC against HIMSELF, in order to resist Imu.

Imu specifically states that DR is the weakest variant of his Regen/devil powers. Weaker than the HKs'. And weaker than omen powers.

Therefore, the regen powers gained by DR Rocks were specifically weaker than those wielded by Sommers or Killingham. And therefore, the powers gained by DR Rocks are inferior to those of either Old Gaban or Zoro.

Regen, inferior even to that which could be overpowered by a YC+, does not offset the staggering loss of battle iq, and especially does not offset the fact that Rocks was using his most powerful haki AGINST HIMSELF.

We haven't seen Fuji fight in earnest. But we saw Kizaru struggle with Old Rayleigh

Fuji has ACoA and almost certainly ACoO. While Kizaru is far less likely to have FS

Both have powerful DFs but Fuji is also an elite swordsman with a supreme grade blade.

And most importantly, Fuji and Kizaru will fight Zoro and Sanji respectively which entails Fuji is at least a little stronger

5. Big Mom

Cold take. People forget she had a whole gauntlet at Onigashima. Only lost cuz of law hacks and matchup diff.

4. Kaidou

Recency bias is insane.

3. Katakuri

One of only FIVE confirmed future sight users. Awakened fruit. Special CoA. Only lost cuz of plot armour. Low-admiral easily.

2. Shiki

Fought Sengoku AND Garp. Lost, but trashed Marineford as he went down, that's AT LEAST middiff. Insane feat. AND he was a Yonko.

1 Jinbei

His durability is INSANE. Tanked Akainu before he got ACoA and lived to run the other way. Who's Who couldn't even deal superficial damage to him, despite using haki AND a carnivorous ancient zoan. Plus his AP is strong too. He tossed around Big Mom. And he 2 shot Who's Who with ACoA. He beats Sanji.

We SAW Imu was compromised when he first teleported to Elbaf (coughing blood).

We saw AGAIN this last chapter that he's asthmatic.

He only used Nemesis ONCE. Despite the fact that it immediately and easily did substantial damage to Loki.

He's face tanking hits, despite the fact he can become incorporeal (as seen fighting Xebec).

And we KNOW he has access to ancient weapons he's not bothered with yet.

QED People saying Loki is PK+ because he's injured are ignoring the wider context

Kaidou is faster, more durable and has greater endurance. The guidebook literally calls him "physically unmatched."

Kaidou's haki is better. Loki's ACoC may be very strong, but he isn't a confirmed ACoO user like Kaidou is, and Kaidou's ACoA feats are better.

Loki has a strong fruit, but not as strong as Luffy's, and a post Onigashima gauntlet Kaidou was able to reliably damage Gear 5.

Be serious, you don't really think Loki could go extreme diff vs Kinemon, Denjiro, Kiku, Izou, Raizo, Kawamatsu, Nekomamushi, Inuarashi, Ashura, Kid, Law, Killer, Zoro, G4, Yamato, AND Nika?

Dragon is PK tier. His position in the narrative and timing in the story leave little other choice.

Dragon is the son of (former) PK tier, Garp.

And the father of (future) PK tier, Luffy.

Dragon is in his Prime.

Dragon is entering the story near its culmination.

Post-Loki, post-Imu, post-Rocks, etc.

For Dragon to be of narrative relevance, for his reveal to have any meaningful impact, he must rank among the very very very strongest.

Dragon not being PK tier or higher does not make sense.

So he is.

The text doesn't say 'the Red Hair PIRATES captured him'. It says "Red Hair captured him." That is, Shanks ALONE captured him.

Are people forgetting that Shanks is Oda's self insert? You need more than baseless speculation to give him an antifeat

If he was a top-tier during the void century then he's no doubt a god-tier like Imu or JB, but are we sure he was a top tier?

Oda's concept art makes him look quite unimpressive. Although the art's pretty old, we also know that Oda plans quite far ahead. So it's possible he's a supporting character like Lily.

The rumour mill has also been wrong before. Remember how hard Dragon hyped up the HKs, only for them to scale at high-mid commander lvl?

Here's mine:

1. Loki (Kaidou level durability/endurance feats as an INFANT)

2. Kaidou (the Onigashima gauntlet. Killer and preACoC Zoro using onigiri couldn't even scratch him. Unmatched durability)

3. Imu (Gigantification. Throws hands with Loki (although relies on devil powers somewhat to do so))

4. Harald (Ancient giant blood. Loki's dad)

5. Rocks (Clashed comfortably with Harald. No-diffed young Loki.)

Honourable mention to Burgess

I'll give you mine:

1. Joyboy's knot (I think this is obvious)

2. Imu's entrance on Elbaf (Gaban states that Imu's ACoC here is stronger than anything at Gods Valley (such as prime Rocks and near prime Roger/Garp))

3. Shanks in general (wifi haki, 10sec fs, observation killing, you choose)

4. Loki killing Harald (only case of immortal killing)

5. Rocks at Gods Valley (so far unique defensive use of ACoC able to partially neutralise Imu's DR)

6. Roger/Whitebeard in Oden flashback (emission clash which baffled a proficient ACoA user like Oden)

7. Kaidou at Onigashima (specifically, the ACoA and ACoC in his death destroyer was able to substantially damage Gear 5 Luffy despite Luffy actively blocking, Luffy's natural blunt force resistance, and Kaidou having endured the whole Onigashima guantlet)

8. Katakuri (3 sec PERMANENT fs)

9. Oden (ACoA and ACoC able to deeply and reliably damage Kaidou)

10. Harald (ACoC comparable to Rocks)
