Looking for an extra firm pillow

Forever ago I got two pillows with a new tempurpedic mattress. They were amazing I loved them. A friend house sat and watched our dogs and also put the pillows in the washing machine which ruined them. Since then I have been on a quest for the perfect pillows. I cannot find anything that does not squish up or isn’t too tiny. I currently use the tempurpedic firmest pillow, but it’s so tiny. I’m not a fan on the shredded foam. Please help

[WA] extremely negative work environment

In December I accepted a role at a remote company based in Chicago, I am located in Washington state. The red flags were flying from the get go and I likely should not have ignored the abysmal Glassdoor reviews, but they offered good health insurance and a reasonable cost. So here I am.

When I first started they had a contractor that they were transitioning out. She did not want to stay and my boss and direct coworker both openly spoke badly about her to me. First two months were ok. It was stressful, but they were saying I was doing a good job.

The real issues began in march when I started to struggle and ask more questions. There is one specific group ling of tasks that I am struggling with that involve a lot of moving parts and for the most part only happen once a month during close.

Around this time my direct coworker started to respond to my requests for assistance in what I and other people around me view as rude and condescending. My boss is slightly better but also participates in it. Last week I did talk to my boss about my immediate coworkers attitude and how it’s fostering a sense of animosity and anxiety and contributing to me being afraid to ask questions. Her solution was for me to reach out to a woman who will not speak to me one on one and will not address me in a professional manner. I even have greeted her when she logs in to zoom meetings and she greets everyone by name except me.

Cut to this week. I was sent a correction and asked what tab on the multi tab document I needed to look at and was told off for asking a question.

I’m frustrated they are frustrated and all of this is compounding making me stressed and making it hard to focus. I’m anxious during my off time and have had multiple break downs from the stress of trying to navigate all this negativity in a positive manner. HR please help.
