Shelly 1 Mini Gen 4 / Magnetic Lock / Button

I am installing a hidden bookshelf door with a magnetic lock. My goal is to have a physical lock release button behind the door and to use HomeKit to release the door from the front. I’m looking to confirm the correct wiring for the Electrican.

I’ve purchased the Mag Lock with Push Buttons from Murphy Door, which includes a version of the K80 power supply as seen at the Amazon link…

I’ve purchased a Shelly 1 Mini for HomeKit/Matter control.

Based on my reading, I believe the wiring is as such:

  1. K80 and Shelly powered by mains voltage (Shelly L+N)

  2. Magnetic Lock connected to K80 (COM + NC)

  3. Shelly connected to K80 (I to GND + O to PUSH)*

4a) Button connected to K80 (GND + PUSH)

or

4b) Button connected to Shelly (L + SW)

*I’m unclear from the documentation how the CONTROL+ and CONTROL- connections are used on the K80 and if these might apply to my scenario

I would appreciate any feedback on whether this is correct AND pros/cons of option 4a versus 4b.

TIA

Any way to get technician fee waived for PSU+Ethernet move?

I have been a Fios internet subscriber for about 17 years. Due to some construction in our basement, I am looking to get the PSU/Battery Backup along with the main Ethernet line from the ONT re-run to a different part of the basement. I’d rather have Verizon do this than paying the electrician or doing it myself.

Verizon insists that this would require a $99 technician fee plus a $99 fee for moving the equipment.

Is there any way to get this fee waived? Seems like this would be free if I were starting new service with them (or AT&T, who have been beating down my door to switch).

Verizon seems to talk a big game about loyalty until you have a genuine request.

TIA

[Follow-up: I ended up on the phone with Verizon for a while. They wouldn't budge on the service fees but they did take a few bucks off my monthly bill for the next year. I ended up pulling new wiring myself to the desired location.]
