Hi. I bought this MK2 TT with the BWA 2.0FSI engine a while back for cheap as it needed work. It’s been okay for the last while, but has now developed this horrible noise that only happens under load and within the 2-3k revs range. I’ve checked, smoke tested, bolt checked almost everything accessible to no avail. Audi themselves want top dollar to look at it and it’s not worth it imho. Anyone know what this could be?
