Decided the interior needed doing up badly after the previous owner had it painted black!
Added a nice wooden look Lino for ceiling, painted the walls white, added some trims and strip lights !
I’ve been grinding to get my path coming from the inside. Still slicing it!!!
It is usually the worst on my 6 and 7 iron and now confidence with them clubs is low so the shots are even worse .
The video here : it was good contact with the ball, I feel like the path is good too? Some things I have questions on ;
Am I cupping my wrist? Do I need to bow my lead wrist more on my downswing?
On my impact is it possible that my club face is wide open?
The ball landed far right off the green for context
I’ve been grinding on my slice for a while now and really trying to develop a baby draw. I’ve been working specifically on dropping my hands at the start of the downswing and swinging from the inside, and honestly I feel like I’m actually doing it on the range.
Had a swing recently that felt pure — great contact, solid strike — and it still sliced. That’s what’s killing me. Even my good shots are going the wrong way.
For context I’m a right-handed player. The swing feels inside-out, the contact feels clean, but the ball just won’t turn over.
Has anyone been through this? What finally clicked for you? I’m wondering if it’s a face issue rather than a path issue at this point — open clubface at impact despite a better swing path — but would love to hear from people who’ve fixed a persistent slice. Any drills or feels that helped
