I have a classmate who I’ve been grouped with three times. Dli rajud sya magpake syay mubuhat.. mukalit lang sya send sa tanan after a day or 2 maskin layo pa ang deadline. muask ra sha for input and will tell us na if we want to change it it’s fine pero literal walay need usbon kay maayo jud sya and makita rapod during class na she’s very smart.

fyi guys hah dli man mi intentionally gapabuhat. let’s say plano mi magtalk Saturday, nagdraft or nabuhat na niya tanan by Thursday. she’s also very nice and humble and gwapaaaa

Hi! I wonder if it’s okay to leave my apartment prematurely. The lease is one year but I’ve encountered a few problems. One is the landlady’s boyfriend rudeness. He once screamed at a driver for not answering him properly (only nodding) when asked. Second was when their guard literally peaked at our room just cause I had visitors (walay rule for no visitors and also we werent doing anything stupid.) I didn’t realize it in the moment how invasive it was so I didn’t confront the guard. Third was because he asked my sister if we could close our door from the back when we wanted sunlight and idk bro fresh air!!!Micromanaging much?? are we not allowed to open our freaking doors man??? We pay 12k for a bare studio unit.

The ones on top are my main reasons but I have other small reasons that are genuinely so annoying. The landlady once asked us not to feed stray cats because they dont want stray cats in the compound (sent to all most probably but that was a month ago and there are still stray cats). 2nd, he would “sitsit” to ask us all the damn time if he catches us entering the compound (so rude I hate it). I once went to my apartment at 2am with friends and my mom (it was an emergency) and bro at 2am the guard was like “park here” as if we were going to cause an inconvenience when it was a huge ass place and also they were literally just waiting sa ila motorcycle wala sila ni go with me sa sud sa ako apartment.

I don’t want to “fix” the issue. I just want to leave after I bring this up to the landlady. freaking annoying
