is the Net Price Calculator accurate?

im a rising high school junior with 1500 sat, 95/100 unweighted gpa and very low income ($17k AGI), im also instate

i just filled it out and it estimated i only had to pay $4.4k a year? i didn't expect the price to be so low for a private like this, that's like ivy league level of financial aid

(to be more descriptive, the total estimated aid was TCU Scholarships & Grants: $74,122; Federal Pell Grant: $7,395; TX TEG Grant $3,873. and the $4.4k would be in federal direct student loans)

(also ik the net price calculator isn't an official statement or declaration of any financial aid or anything like that)

how did my score decrease this much 🫩

PSAT PT3 (the one that released yesterday) felt very hard, but i didn't expect my score to decrease THAT much.

i also am avging mid 1500s on SAT practice tests, i have no idea why or what went wrong here 💔

the only thing i can think of is that i didnt really warmup before taking PSAT PT3 but idt that should affect my score super drastically? maybe today's just not my day 🤷‍♂️

im co28 and want National merit (tx) but this score is worrying me a bit

how do i get good at cross text connections bro

💔 im doing all the strats, i read the question first, i find the viewpoints of the 2 texts, i simplify the texts in my head, etc.

my main issue is just comprehending a passage in time, if it's super hard it takes me like 2-3 mins to understand.

should i just spam hard practice questions for practice? what time should i aim to get under for each CTC question?

how long should i spend for each different type of questions?

is there like a list or video somewhere where it shows the amount of time i should be spending on each, say, grammar, question? or if anyone has a list/response themselves then id appreciate it ty

how difficult would prepping to get 750+ rw be, if i got a 710 without studying?

im taking September SAT and PSAT NMSQT in October

is PSAT Practice 2 similar to the real PSAT?

just took it and got perfect score (4 wrong in math, 1 wrong rw).

felt decently hard to me, had to guess on 3 math m2+1 educated guess rw

would you say i'm mostly good for PSAT prep? i'm obv still gonna prep (take it in october) but just wanted y'alls thoughts

(attached my other scores from SAT practices+real SAT in next image, also i live in TX)

which is actually closer to my score ability?

id been averaging 1300s on practice tests for months but then suddenly got a 1490 on the practice test before this and then a 1570 on practice 9 a week before the june sat

but then i got 1440 on June, i was honestly expecting in the 1400s so that mindset might have contributed to the June score but i still feel like it's such a disparity

june was my first ever sat (minus the psat 8/9 i took 2 years ago)

do yall think june was just a one off bad score or do you think it's closer to my scoring ability
