We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Chat Advisor to join our team. If you have good written english skills and can communicate well with clients, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional support to clients for a positive customer experience
Respond promptly and professionally to client’s concerns and questions via chat with clear, helpful, and engaging communication
Requirements:
18 - 30 years old
Must have a desktop or laptop
Stable and reliable internet connection
Good written english communication skills with fast typing speed
Strong ability to communicate professionally, courteously, and efficiently
Excellent problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-focused mindset when dealing with client’s concern
Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized
Can follow company policies and procedures
Serious about work and able to perform tasks effectively
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Work Setup & Details:
Work from home (WFH)
8 hours per day
$400 salary base pay
Paid training once you pass interview
