8 month progress! 33M 5’11’’ 245lb -> 175lbs!

Started my journey mid September, been consistent with strength training 4-5x a week. Started a big chunk of my first 6 months with fasting one meal a day with a couple 72 hour fasts sprinkled in. Stuck to only eating Whole Foods haven’t counted calories yet currently eating about twice a day lunch and dinner. Been thinking about starting to count calories to get to my target body fat percentage.

Been back on the fitness journey an since around Oct I weighed 245lbs. Currently 185lbs which is great. Starting to get the “your too skinny” comments or the “are to okay eat a cheese burger” and it’s messing with me lol wondering if I should start my bulk but also feel like I’m so close to being at the bf% I want.
