Could this be why they picked Jeremy Bentham?

Like many other names in LOST, the name Jeremy Bentham is also the name of a famous philosopher. Now, I'm not going to argue about what the real-life Bentham's philosophy was, because I don't know it. But I will note the following tidbit of information: Bentham wanted his dead body to be preserved and put on display, which is exactly what happened. As per Wikipedia:

>It is currently kept on public display at the main entrance of the UCL Student Centre. It was previously displayed at the end of the South Cloisters in the main building of the college until it was moved in 2020. Upon the retirement of Sir Malcolm Grant as provost of the college in 2013, however, the body was present at Grant's final council meeting. As of 2013, this was the only time that the body of Bentham has been taken to a UCL council meeting. (There is a persistent myth that the body of Bentham is present at all council meetings noted as "Present-but not voting".)

So Bentham, after death, becomes a dead body presented for all to see, preserved and dressed up as if it were still alive...

Minor mistake (?) in "Exodus, Part 2" (1x24) noted by a vlogger

I'm watching along with a first-time watcher "TheLexiCrowd" on YouTube, who notices what seems like a mistake in Hurley's mad dash to and through the airport:

From the moment Hurley wakes up after oversleepling, he acts like he has to move at top speed, preferably using a vehicle like a mobility scooter, to get to his gate on time. But as he leaves the hotel, Charlie is in an elevator before him, and as he goes through the airport, he runs into Arzt standing in line at security (Hurley is made to go to the back of the line).

What's strange is that neither Charlie nor Arzt seem in a particular hurry, nor concerned that they're going to miss the flight. So why does Hurley (who is not very far behind them) almost miss the flight?

Question about a scene in Space Seed

In the classic TOS episode "Space Seed," Khan has taken over the ship and is addressing the crew. They all resist. Then the following exchange happens (emphasis mine):

KHAN: I see now I made one serious error. You are the Communications Officer? Engage the viewing screen, please.
(Uhura doesn't move, so Joaquin drags her to the table, then hits her. As he raises his hand again, Marla intervenes.)
MARLA: No!
KHAN: I should have realized that suffocating together on the Bridge would create heroic camaraderie among you. But it is quite a different thing to watch it happening to someone else. Engage the viewing screen. [The screen turns on.] I'm sure you recognize your medical decompression chamber here, Doctor.

The second time Khan says, "Engage the viewing screen," he's not addressing Uhura, but one of his own people, and the screen turns on. So... why did he ask Uhura if he already knew how to do it? Was this meant as a power play, just to try to break her? Or is it a mistake in the script?

Zorn is the only Groppler I've ever heard about. What are the other Gropplers like? Is Zorn a typical Groppler?
