Theres like a lot of blender 3D artists who post their works like this? What is this called and is this done in blender or did they edit it in a video editing software? The floating nodes and moving annotation?

Hey everyone,
I just recently installed Blender. Since I already use Maya, I foolishly thought I’d be able to pick up the basics and adapt pretty quickly. My fault for thinking they’d be similar because WOW, the navigation is so different and it is kicking my ass right now.
So far, I've managed to figure out the absolute basics (moving objects, extruding, and scaling), but I'm still struggling but I know it's just a matter of building up the muscle memory.
For those of you who made the switch from Maya (or any other industry-standard software), what helped you get familiar with Blender's workflow and navigation the quickest?

Help me, I'm new to figma and I'm trying to make a website but the buttons are not showing on the preview. I figured it was because it was on another flow. What do I do? I have tried deleting the starting point but it didn't work.
