Hello! I will be studying at Northumbria starting in September and have been looking for a place to stay. Currently, I'm looking at some studios I've found on sites like Zoopla and OpenRent, but I wanted to come on here and see if anyone may be needing a roommate. I will be pursuing my masters this year and would like to stay somewhere that isn't student accommodation because I am also bringing my cat with me (more info provided upon request!) so if there is anyone that is within 20-25 minutes walking distance of Northumbria, please feel free to send me a quick DM!

Not sure if this violates any guidelines but wanted to post just in case! I'm a recent college grad who is working part-time while I'm in the city before continuing my education in another country in September. Because my previous dog-walking experience is mainly with my friends and professors who needed a last-minute hand with walking and house-sitting their dogs. My other jobs is in the afternoon so I have full flexibility up until 1pm every day and weekends I am flexible for the afternoon. I love all animals and have owned a dog and currently own a cat. Just looking to get some extra cash before I move out of the country and can walk any dog!

I' looking for an eSIM or regular SIM card for my phone that I will be able to use while I'm there for the year. I start in September and while be there for at least 1 full year and have only been able to find travel SIM cards that only last 30 days.

Hello, I'm going to be attending Northumbria for the 2026-27 school year as a graduate student and wanted to know if I should go through student housing, or if I could find a better place on my own that may be cheaper. I'm fine with having a 10-15 minute walk from campus and would like to find somewhere that has a private bathroom. I also have a pet that I will be bringing with me from home.

Hello, I live in NYC and just got back home after graduating with my undergrad degree in Psychology. I'm planning on pursuing a Master's in Sport and Exercise Psychology in September while playing basketball, but I would like to find some work with a psychologist or psychiatrist as an assistant for the summer if I could. I know this is a shot in the dark, but if anybody is looking for a remote assistant, I'm personable and willing to learn any new skills!
