College Registries Exist!

I just made a post asking if people had trouble with people purchasing on their College Registries, but apparently people didn't know that was a thing! If you are low income or need any help with buying things for college, whether you are a freshman or upperclassman, it's a great way to let people know what you need. I make mine on Amazon, but other websites probably have them. It's also just a good way to see what you need, make a list, and budget, all in one spot! Although I've had trouble getting people to buy things as I posted the registry on social media, but other people might have more luck!

College Registries

Does anyone actually have luck with people buying things from their college registries? I'm a rising Junior so this is my third time putting my Amazon registry out there. I use both my Instagram accounts (Main and Spam) and my Facebook (which I only use for family purposes). It's currently public, so anyone can buy anything. But I have maybe had 1-3 people buy things each year and ending up buy pretty much everything myself last minute.

Is anyone else having this issue? Any tips for making a case for people to buy things?

Accidentally ordered package to campus

I accidentally ordered an Amazon package to campus instead of my house because I forgot to change the delivery address. I didn't realize until the items were already delivered. Does anyone think there is a chance the mailroom can ship the package to my house since I can't make the drive to campus? Or would I just need to cut my losses and reorder my items?

I'm already mad at myself, so please no rude comments about how dumb that mistake was. I already know.

I miss Sodexo. Chartwells was great for the first few months, but now it is like the exact same food every single day. Like I know it could also be end of year funk because everything has sucked recently, but at least Sodexo had variety. Especially at breakfast, why is it always eggs, sausage, and potatoes now. What happened to French toast, pancakes, bacon? I miss bacon. Please tell I am not the only one who has noticed this or feels this way. Or am I genuinely overthinking this?
