Mugshot

I was arrested twice and later had charges dismissed. I contacted a data removal company who wanted $1700. I ended up just contacting news agency that published article about me and provided documents regarding dismissal. They removed article however in my city there is a popular Facebook site that posts all mugshots. I’ve tried contacting them politely and providing proof of dismissal yet they refuse to answer. Is there way to get these taken down as they are harmful to my reputation.

Texas

I’m on probation in Texas. I failed 1 ua and had 2 dilutions. I also have an ankle monitor that died twice and I violated curfew around my house. How likely is it that they will revoke it completely and issue a warrant. Do they usually start with sanctions and consequences outside of revocation. I go see my po in 2 days and I’m stressing hard. Im going to try to address it then and tell her I’ve been drinking and am willing to take classes or whatever I can to make this probation a success

Probation

I am on a 10-year deferred adjudication probation in Texas, and I have 8 years remaining. Four months ago I failed a UA. Recently I had two UA's that came back diluted( back to back). Additionally, my GPS monitor died twice. I haven't discussed these recent issues with my probation officer yet. Given these circumstances, is it more likely for the court to impose stricter probation terms, like additional community service, instead of revoking my probation altogether?

UA

Went on bender for 5 days slamming vodka. I possibly have a UA 35 hours from last drink. I think I took one about 2-3 weeks ago so I may not get tested. However I think my ETG will be above 500 threshold considering I slammed about 17 shots of vodka last day of drinking. Is it worth it to try and dilute sample to lower the ETG

Went on bender for 5 days slamming vodka. I possibly have a UA 35 hours from last drink. I think I took one about 2-3 weeks ago so I may not get tested. However I think my ETG will be above 500 threshold considering I slammed multiple 1.5L of vodka. Is it worth it to try and dilute sample to lower the ETG count
