Filed in small claims in May and Meta responded. Just awaiting a court date, but court said they are so backlogged they won’t have a date until 2027. Good luck to anyone filing in Austin, Texas lol.
I got on Wellbutrin last year and immediately started having visual auras once a week + light sensitivity + VSS. I got off of it a few months ago in hopes it would resolve but the symptoms persist. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Ophthalmologist said everything looks fine so it’s got to be neurological.
Those of you who have taken Meta to small claims court… what are your thoughts on a judge vs jury trial? I know jury takes longer but seems they’d be more empathetic to a case that affects the general public and thousands of users, no?
