Tejas is smallest fighter in the world, so is it possible to just upgrade its entire body to make it stealthy to quickly get stealth capability as Tejas Mk1B?

The internals remains the same. Just whatever stealth is possible with outside can be added.

Delta wing can be slightly changed to Semi-flying wing type of design.

The engine intake and exhaust can be better concealed.

Even if it is halfass stealth, it would be far better than what we have got, and Tejas already has the advantage of being too small.

India bans sugar exports due to shortages caused by diverting sugarcane towards Ethanol production.

This is despite being worlds second largest sugar producer!!

I am not talking of pure ethanol. That is not needed.

E100 supporting flex fuel cars will be able to run any combination of ethanol and petrol. And it is capable of running adultered fuel fine, so theywill be able to sell it at lower cost than the Govt authorized petrol pumps. And even if it is not pure ethanol, it will still work okay in an E100 car.

Even currently if you go to GOA, they have lot of shops selling petrol in bottles because of lack of petrol pumps in many areas of Goa. And people buy it even if it is slightly overpriced.

So, will we see lot of unauthorized ethanol sellers in future? Currently govt has monopoly in oil, because it fully controls it. But that wont be the case with Ethanol. Someone will figure out a way to undercut the govt.

In UK, there are people who illegally sell lower price petrol/diseal at roadsides. They buy lower tax agricultural fuel, and then remove the dye using some process and then sell it at lower price to people and still make lot of money.

I think this is a problem Govt has not considered yet, because they have always had a monopoly.
