Hybrid Suggestions- New York

I'm interested in attending law school in the next couple of years. I'm in my late 20s, I have a decent job as a Fire Chief (shift work, with a promotion likely to a M-F schedule) in the lower Hudson Valley. My job has a lot of free time in between calls and training, which helped me get my MPA last year.

I'm aware of the pros and cons of choosing law, and I'm past that.

Frankly, I'm looking into hybrid law programs that the NYS Bar accepts, with some flexibility due to my schedule. I'd prefer one with online components, but if I get this promotion in a year or so, Pace is on my list as well as it's less than 25 minutes away.

Any suggestions? Don't bite!!

Edit: additionally, I'm in Albany often as my grandfather is there too. I've looked into Albany Law-thoughts?

To summarize, I booked a 10 day trip with my significant other to Europe in a few weeks. We are no longer together, and I have no interest in going alone. I'm in almost 2k on flights, a hotel, and a rental car. Hotel and flight I believe are nonrefundable. I want to get what we paid back, as well as her share as well to be fair.

We have an Allianz OneTrip Basic travel insurance policy for this trip. I may need to rely on that to recoup the cost of the hotel and flight. Issue is- I'm a pretty healthy guy in his early 30s, she is as well. How can I get this claim approved? I assume I'll need to go through the medical route of "unable to travel".

UPDATE: Good suggestions, for once I'm doing the ethical thing and going with a friend
