Does rejection from first choice affect scholarship chances?
Got rejected by first choice, so what are the chances of getting the scholarship for the second choice (got accepted by the 2nd one)

Does anyone know in how many days the university replies to the emails and is there any other way to contact them, as they're not responding to any mails neither are they receiving the calls.
