Hey I’m looking for something low calorie that I can dip in my coffee to replace bread and cookies , does anyone have any ideas ?
this is my regular kebab order, its mixed (lamb and chicken) with lettuce, garlic sauce, bbq sauce, and tomato sauce in like white pita bread im guessing? ive weighed it at about 320 grams. if someone could let me know the calorie and protein (or general macros range that would be great!!
I’ve been eating eggs or overnight oats for the last two years and cannot stand either anymore.
I would love any suggestions you have.
I’m curious whether they’re worth buying? Please let me know :))
Mainly concerned about them causing gut upset..? I’m used to a lot of fiber but have heard horror stories about konjac!
What are the best frozen pre-made meals ?
I’m lazy and don’t want to meal prep for my work week , I work long shifts 12 hours and want two pre-made frozen meals that are high in protein.
Started taking Wegovy which is basically ozempic because I need to lose weight so I’m aiming for 2000 calories a day which is a deficit for me.
This first week I just bought random pre-made frozen meals from Aldi , protein bars and some healthy pre-made yogurt things.
Week 2 of this I would prefer a bit of a better plan on what pre-made meals to buy.
What I eat in a day so far is a protein powder drink in the morning before work and through the day I eat two pre-made meals , 1-2 protein bars that I dip I the yogurt to make it nicer , banana.
Just trying to keep things dead simple and easy to manage at the moment and since the medication just kills my hunger senses it’s more of a making sure I don’t die and faint because I’m being an idiot.
I’m currently doing a lean bulk on 2600 cals but want to add a sweet treat in to end my day. Are the Kenny’s ice cream tubs at Aldi actually nice? Which flavour would you recommend? :)
I’ve already tried most of the Gym Bod ice cream flavours but since they changed the recipe it doesn’t taste as good :( I love Muscle Nations. Just curious about the Kenny’s brand. Thank you!!
