i told my therapist about me self harming but she doesnt really pay much attention to it or ask about it and doesn’t tell me to stop. she instead shifts the conversation to what made me feel sad so we dont touch the self harm again but has never told me not to do it or anything. i cant help but feel invalidated and im not sure if this is normal

i let a friend borrow my ghd max and she lost the silicon/rubber plate guard on it 😞 has anyone been able to get that replaced anywhere before?
i can't find anything for it on the ghd website and nothing online except for ebay which doesn't have any listings for the ghd max guard 😞
