A Touhou character chest size tierlist based on canonical depictions

Some disclaimers:
Due to Touhou's character designs being inconsistent, This is ultimately no more than my opinion, please do not take it too seriously.
Places within the tiers themselves are loosely ordered, the first slot in a tier is higher than the last slot, however just because a character is 1 or 2 spots above another doesn't necessarily mean that they are higher. The large tier has the most effort put into it's sorting whereas below that it's not as accurate.
I can justify most positions and am open to feedback, it's far from perfect after all.
The rankings were done with mostly things like Lotus Eaters, FDS, and the fighting games in mind due to them having a majority of the characters in the same 'realistic' artstyle, however ZUN art is also considered if they have a sprite after touhou 13 and WOoHS is sometimes considered depending on the artist.
In my opinion, FDS really changed the game (and also made things more confusing) when it comes to some characters like Okuu or Tojiko, and also bumped Sanae up quite a bit.
Many of the rankings below modest were just done on a whim because there's hardly any evidence for some characters.
