Scores for ppl who have graduated

Hey, has anyone who’s graduated hs and used the transcript service received their grades for June 2026? I requested my transcript a while back (mid-June), but it still says my grades aren’t available yet. I’m tempted to just buy another because a transcript I requested containing earlier test scores came in an hour.

(I started AICE sophomore year and finished senior year and I haven’t heard seen ANYONE w a similar experience here 😭)

Has anyone had to retake an exam?

Senior. Failed thinking skills. Retake is November. Is she completely out of luck? Huge benefit to get this diploma living in Florida and it’s literally the only exam failed :’(

Aice changed requirements??

I was recently told by my school counselor that students now have all four years of high school to complete the required 7 AICE classes and exams. However, everything I have read still says that students must follow the 25-month rule.

For context, I took two AICE courses and exams in 9th grade, two more in 10th grade, and I am currently taking two AICE classes during my 11th grade year. I told my counselor that I would like to take my final AICE course this year as well, which would mean taking three AICE classes this year and completing all 7 required courses within the 25-month timeframe.

However, she told me that I cannot take the final class this year and that I can take it during 12th grade instead. She said the rules have changed, but that the websites have not been updated yet and are supposed to be updated in September.

Has anyone else heard about this change? I’m worried that if the information is incorrect, my 25-month window will expire and the AICE courses and exams I completed in 9th grade may no longer count and all the work I've done will be for nothing because my school only offers seven Aice courses.

how hard is my schedule?

Hello everyone.

I got placed into these courses for my junior year, and I'm wondering how hard these are in combination.

Please disregard my period 1 (AICE Lit), as I'm in the process of switching it for a regular class :D

Thanks!

Got an ungraded/bad score on AS Global Perspectives (9239) Component 2 — Can I retake just 1 & 2 and carry forward Component 3?

Hey everyone,

I recently got my results back for AS Level Global Perspectives & Research (9239) and ended up with an Ungraded overall because I got a 14/40 on Component 2 (the Essay).

I want to retake the subject to fix my AS grade, but I’m really confused about how retakes and component carry-forwards actually work with Cambridge.

Is it possible to re-sit Component 1 (Exam) and submit a brand-new Component 2 (Essay), while carrying forward my Component 3 (Team Project) score? Or do I have to redo all three components from scratch?

I sadly got ungraded because I was 10 marks off

Failed U

I was very confident with English and Global Perspectives. But when it came time for International History, as soon as I opened the booklet I wanted to cry for part with no sources. I didn't even remember learning some of the topics. When I left the test I told my mom I failed, I know I did. So I wasn't too surprised to see that I failed but was hopping delusionally for an e. I know I should have also studied more, but expected more broad questions like the ones we did in class. I was not expecting them to be so specific. But oh well, I think I won't retake them considering I heard they are 200 to 700 dollars. And honestly even if I do study I just don't think my brain can remember enough material, to spend that money and feel confident I can pass it if I retake it. At least I got a b in English which is the only one I need for my prerequisites. I guess I will be doing dual enrollment. I am happy I applied months ago and have a plan b. It does suck though all the stress, anxiety, overwhelming test, assignments, quizzes, sacrifices, and even my social life being affected to just fail. But at least I will have my flexibility back and peace of mind. Sorry for the rant.

AICE EURO Textbook is extremely politically biased

Now ik this could seem to be a grass is green take but the definitions they seem to use for liberalism, communism, capitalism, and the praise they give to trotsky really paints the contents of the book as a piece against the Russian revolution. Nowhere did I see it at all highlight the great things that came from the revolution from the transition to feudal tsarist Russia to the "socialist" Russia of the ussr. Also they just completely leave out the British Empire and its horrible actions

AICE Global Perspectives?

This year, I am taking AICE global perspectives (AS level). I’m wondering how the exam works? How many parts, what each part is, how many points each part is worth, and the amount of points needed for each scoring level?
