hey guys. I've been thinking about this a lot so I needed to just get this off my chest i guess. i'm an M 25 lawyer in Japanifornia... you'd have to be an ace in attorney-ing to understand what goes on in the courts over here... but I know it was the right path for me.

for context, i started dating a district prosecutor (who I regularly face off against) after he was accused for killing a guy in a boat a year back. We can call him Mr. E for anonymity. Mr. E gave me the inspiration for becoming a lawyer in the first place, and we actually got really far in our relationship. I was gonna propose soon.

anyway, i just solved this huge case (look up 'lana skye murder trial') and Mr. E was my opponent in court. and then after the trial, he goes missing and theres a suicide note in his office. I cry my eyes out for months every night, and I don't tell my good paranormally-inclined friend, who also knew Mr. E. I felt really depressed that whole time, and another prosecutor, Mr. E's sister or something, tries to best me in court over revenge. I'm like "wtf girl, not my fault???" but she doesn't listen at all. she physically abuses me regularly and gets away with it.

Then I'm "assigned" to this big case in a fancy hotel and movie stars, right? super cool and all, but then one day Mr. E just COMES BACK. OUT OF NOWHERE, ACTING LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED! I feel super emotional because I spent hours crying over his death and feeling betrayed, so in a flash of anger, I tell him that I wish he stayed dead. He didn't react, but behind his eyes I saw him really hurt. He still hasn't elaborated on why he actually faked his death truly, other than some clearly bullshit excuses, and I can tell he's trying to resume where we left off but I'm turning him down and walking away from him as fast as possible when he's there. He's really hurt. Maybe he did actually become that depressed and was going to do it but stopped. Maybe he was telling the truth. I'm just spiraling right now and I don't know what to do.

He's still texting me and I feel bad and I want him back but I just can't forgive him yet... so I've just been leaving him on read. I do still love him. Am I the asshole here?

We know tomorrow is gonna be the 25th anniversary, and we already know that nothing ever happens. BUT, I had a vision regarding AA7 so here I go sharing it with you:

- First case: "The Returning Turnabout" First of all, the protagonist is gonna be a middle aged, emotionless lawyer, a new one, whose surname is Lucky, and, you guessed it, is associated with luck to win his trials. He was out of the league for a long time, but he is forced to go back at it when his daughter gets accused of murder in the first case, which takes place in a restaurant where she works. For some reason, we're gonna battle against Phoenix Wright himself. At the end of the trial, which sees Lucky as the winner and her daughter found Not Guilty, Phoenix decides to hire Lucky in the Wright's Anything Agency, and there, we'll finally begin our journey with Lucky, following his attempt to learn how to enjoy is own life.

- Second case: "Very Important Turnabout" Not much is known about the cases following the first one, but in my vision, I've received all the premises. This one takes place in a VIP's party, and we'll see Will Powers, Wendy Oldbag as the security member, and some new faces (maybe Wendy's gonna be able to find true love, now?)

- Third case: "Waves of Turnabout" A small seafood restaurant (again?) is the scenario for a gruesome murder. His owner, Mr. Gratin, is an old friend of Lucky. Again, not much is known, outside from the fact that the atmosphere is very nice here, with the entire case taking place in a cozy seaside town. The perfect place to finally rest and think again of Lucky's own life choices.

- Fourth case: "Turnabout Slide" Quite a peculiar premise, the entire case takes place in a playground. More specifically, one of those big slides that have small rooms for kids to move in. Sounds like a filler case, but maybe... What if this is case takes place many years prior to the first one? Maybe, Lucky had defended his daughter once already, while she was playing in the park? Are we going to see how Lucky became a lawyer?

- Fifth case: "The Filming Turnabout" Sounds quite strange for a fifth case premise, but hey... the vision is clear! This takes place on a filming set, more specifically, a sort of parody of "Breaking Bad", where people break beds instead. The location is, in fact, a set built inside a furniture shop. The criminal of the TV show (that we first meet in "Very Important Turnabout" as a witness) is now accused of murder. Still, something doesn't feel right with our client...

Despite the bizzarre scenario, this last case is surely gonna be awesome, I can feel it.

Of course this might sound fake, but fear not, it is 100% true. My visions never get things wrong.

We already established that Capcom is surely working on "TTT", The Third Trilogy. And I can't wait to see our attorney Lucky battling in court!

Let's be honest, we are all here for a reason. We love Ace Attorney, some of us even replay all the cases despite already knowing how they end. It's fun, but this can't last forever, we NEED a new game, right? But... once we get AA7, what will change? Once we'll see the last culprit's breakdown, it's over, and how much longer will we have to wait for a new game? Are we... just gonna come back here, update a single number, and go on and on with AA8? Aren't we just... doomed to wait for the eternity?

Yes... but. Isn't this what Capcom might've thought too? "Hey, our fans are begging for a new game, but once it is released, will they want more?", they already know the answer.

So what would be the best solution? not making aa7 in the first place and fucking release everything except for it Of course, not just one game, but an entire new trilogy.

Heh... it can only be that, right? The only explanation for why AA7 is taking so long. Of course, it's not just a single game, but three of 'em. A new trilogy means a bigger story, more plot points to manage, which means that all three games have to be ready, at least on paper, before the first one can even be released.

So guys, we're not just waiting for AA7 here anymore, no... no. This goes far beyond that. We're waiting for AA7-8-9, we're waiting for "The Third Trilogy", or "TTT".

This is the only possible explanation and surely it ain't because the series is dead, so embrace the wait. The waiting is our friend, a path to follow with a smile on our face.

Embrace the wait, embrace TTT.
