Do you think the roles work well for them

I made this because I like to hear Blackquill with Tom Hiddleston’s voice

I have finished every single Ace Attorney and I have to say, this franchise changed my life forever. I never knew that this is what I would expect coming from me. I never knew Ace Attorney would really become a part of me in some way to the point I am obsessed with the series, but I enjoyed almost everything out of it.

Overall, it has been a rollercoaster of things, some highs and lows, but I LOVED it. It goes to the point where I would like to pursue law because of this series alone.

Thank God, that I got to experience how great Ace Attorney can be, and I loved almost everything about it. The Music, The Characters, The Dynamic, The Story, almost all of it. Even if Cross Examinations can be a bit of a brain numbing, sometimes I just give up and use guides, I still get to go on because there are moments I lock in.

When I first discovered Ace Attorney, I saw Dual Destinies on the iOS as a kid, I played the first episode and it didn't pique my interest as it did now, and because paywall. I also did see other reference like Henry Stickmin and stuff like that. I also have seen some ObjectionLol videos as well.

However, it wasn't until that when a friend of mine recommended me Ace Attorney as one of the games to play in my DS, you know some of the games that are good DS games. (one of them at least was Layton) I wasn't into visual novels, let alone Ace Attorney. I wasn't into much of those things, but the moment I decided to try it out, I never knew my life will change forever.

Like I only knew Phoenix Wright, I never knew who tf Maya Fey was and who she will become AT ALL, I tried the game like just a Tuesday and the first game surprised me at first, and I keep going series by series.

Some of the problems with Ace Attorney that as soon as the series progress, it starts to feel a little unrealistic, after all, Ace Attorney is not meant to be realistic, like at this rate, my pursuit of being lawyer is not what I can be thinking of. Regardless of that, I still enjoy the story, because I would be locked in.

Even if some games in the series isn't perfect, I LOVE this game for what it is, and I hope to look forward in the future, if there ever is going to be...

So I had this idea that this what Simon can also look like if he isn’t really sporting his Samurai gear, and he kinda looks like an English gentleman, but wears the GYAXA jacket considering Aura works there and he is under Metis, so it kinda works if he has a jacket of his own (+ a badge)

You know what...

Ace Attorney 7 SURE does have a variety of costumes

You get to rock some nice costumes for Phoenix, Athena, and Trucy
and they also include Maya, Blackquill, Apollo, and Ema

but it does suck we didn’t get costumes for Edgeworth, Franziska, Nahyuta, and Gumshoe, nor the new rival prosecutor

(while it does suck a little that you get free Phoenix and Maya costumes, and Maya is a DLC)

And some of them can be fire, especially Classic Phoenix, and even while she is DLC, one of my favorites is the Mia Fey costume for Maya, as it now feels like she wears something to court appropriately this time (not to mention, that it also fits her with Blackquill's B/W aesthetic), and also Herlock Phoenix (we finally have Sherlock Holmes II), and maybe Young Blackquill where he wears the GYAXA Jacket instead of his samurai coat, and sports glasses

The Classic Phoenix and Maya were really creative and cool, as they really did optimize the cel-shaded look just like how Fortnite do some of their cartoon skins, and they look like their Trilogy selves too, and they have an option to give us the pixel filter or not, maybe if ever, they can also give us the option to not use cel-shaded look if ever, but I’m not complaining

yes, even AA7 sure has some joke outfits, I mean we got a Maid Athena and Maya, and also Phoenix stepping up into Mia's shoes LITERALLY

Now I always had the idea that I think for Ace Attorney 7, and here it is

For the base game, we play as Athena and Phoenix

for Athena, it can go as your standard Ace Attorney gameplay, Phoenix or Trucy can be your assistant as you battle in court

Phoenix, can also be your standard, however, it can become Dad simulator to Trucy and Athena, and that we also flesh out Trucy after DD and SoJ did her dirty. So basically, Trucy is secretly a protagonist also

DLC1 is where we have our dedicated Prosecutor Mode

If you know the Vergil Mode in Devil May Cry games, this is what it kinda looks like. Now you don’t play as the rival prosecutor that Athena would face in the story

However, you at least get to play as Athena’s primary rival,
Simon Blackquill, as the events will take place in between the story before the final case

This mode should be played differently and that I believe a Guilty and Not Guilty shouldn’t be the ones we get if we lose or win though.

As for Maya? While this sounds like what you think this is (Feyquill?), I believe this is the part where Maya can truly shine more than she had during the PWT, like we get to know what it means to be a Master for Maya. Also she is playable too, just not in trials (it would be surprising why she’s even assisting the prosecution). Plus you get to play as the co-counsels of their respective lawyers.

And while it is sad that Phoenix and Maya may not have partnership in AA7, because Athena and Trucy are enough, I feel it would be nice seeing Maya team up with someone else for a while (Capcom would need to break tradition for this)

And I feel that they may have some TGAA vibe on them, considering you are playing as a Samurai and an Acolyte

And if Prosecutor Mode works out, maybe in the future, we would inevitably play as Edgeworth

DLC2 is where we play as Apollo Justice as he takes cases in Khura’in

This may be a semi self-contained story because, well, it takes place in Khura’in, but at least we get to know what Apollo has been doing and how Khura’in progressed their law.

As for Nahyuta, I believe this DLC can showcase Nahyuta better than in SoJ (who knows if that will happen); whether Ema is present or not, her working in Khura’in would show that she would dedicate some forensics in Khura’in as seen in the end of SoJ.

One more thing, the DLC....isn't just Special Episodes like Reclaimed or Time Traveller

So, I believe Turnabout Time Traveller felt like a not so good-ish case by many, and if it were altered, which would be better?

If it was an Athena vs Blackquill or if it was a TGAA case, after all the entire case has the appropriate vibes that TGAA would have
