Reminder that Veggie got Dazzle killed because she was too lazy to fly up to Adam and Lute herself.
How could she do this? Veggie really should have gotten her wings during her fight with Lute, not before. That would have made sense.
Do you think the Eden Flashbacks will show us full frontal?
They better.
Why did Danny Do-Little not do anything when her friends were about to get slimed by the train?
Seriously, though. She is the strongest one there, allegedly. But expects Angel Dust to actually risk his life for Husk? Was she really acting or is she really a villain who wants her friends to die?
My take on Homelander VS Vox (The Boys VS Hazbin Hotel)
Welp, that finale was disappointing
Exorcists Leaving their weapons behind doesn’t make any sense.
A big plot point in season 1 were Exorcists leaving their weapons behind in Hell after the Exterminations so much so they were able to give Hell and or specifically Carmilla enough weapons to build a lucrative business from them, but this is strange for a couple of reasons.
We only see Exorcists carry melee weapons and we see they only ever carry about one weapon per Exorcist, so how tf are they losing their weapons? You don’t just stab a person and then drop your sword or axe or spear or whatever. Not to mention, Exorcists don’t have magic, they can’t summon new weapons instantly, so unless Adam was constantly opening portals for them to go restock back in Heaven, why wouldn’t they recover their own weapons??? The show implies they barely faced any proper resistance from the demons until the Season 1 Finale, so it would be hard to lose their weapons.
So keeping that in mind, how did Carmilla obtain so much Angelic Steel? She would realistically have so little, seeing as there has only been a week’s worth of Exterminations.
I kinda wish that the whole Devine judgment Deciding who can go to Heaven factor didn't exist in the story.
As I feel like this not actually being a choice that is down to Heaven's people sorta removes some interesting factors from the story and also adds problems to season two's plot that people have endlessly questioned and made fun of,
For starters I just think it would more neat for the narrative if there wasn't the convenient thing of God literally telling you who has changed for sure and who hasn't and instead it was just down to Heaven to have to take a risk and trust certain sinners are rehabilitated enough to be allowed into their realm
I feel like this aspect actually makes the initial conflict less complex and interesting because it isn't a case of Wether or not they should take a risk by giving second chances to sinners but instead its just a conversation about Wether or not its actually possible
which means the conflict isn't about human opinions and understandable character flaws but instead its just about not believing something can exist because they've literally never seen it exist,
Like I feel it would actually make Sera a better character if the same as Adam and Lute she did have the flaws of not believing in human's ability to change and having the fear of how all of this could lead to harm to Heaven if sinners were let in
instead of it just being a case that she does not believe something because she has never seen external proof that it can exist and then when she does she switches sides which is kinda like a parody of a character arc now that I'm typing it out loud since your so close to having a character have a very believable and human character flaw be a driving point for their actions but then you just go and remove the part of it that makes it a flaw on their part,
Like wouldn't it be a lot more interesting if Pentious was accepted into Heaven after his big act of Bravery proving a significant change in his character but Heaven isn't actually given some guarantee from God that he's really changed
and instead its quite a big leap of faith for them to actually let him in and it makes the debates over this stuff have actual weight since it isn't people debating over something which they can literally see with their own two eyes but over something which you can never really know for certain
and that is Wether an offender who was rehabilitated in prison has actually changed and will continue to be the same better person once they are let out,
Plus this whole thing of people literally not being able to get to Hell if your a winner or Heaven if your a sinner creates a lot of problems that the fandom has already discussed at length
but simply put if these were not factors then Vox's plan would make a lot more sense and Sera's fears and motivation would also make more sense since sinners can access Heaven its just very difficult due to Heaven being the bigger super power but Hell if it gets its act together like in season two can potentially be a threat,
Idk I guess it feels like this whole Divine judgment thing just removes a certain layer of the interesting aspect of the story about rehabilitation and people being allowed second chances in society among regular folk.
On scale of 1 to 10000 how screwed is lute if she is put in the same room as Sonic Omt
if you ask me its me she beyond dead as omt doesn’t need angetic steal to kill her if she can kill her like this https://youtube.com/shorts/oNYRG3SkZao?si=_aSSPfGhGPN-AqqP or that https://youtube.com/shorts/K8-LPKnTMG8?si=WCjBHf5r7rHOjm8X or even this https://youtube.com/shorts/INwu1DXOx-Q?si=ZoED-Sbd_BGstUHw over and over and over and over and over and over and over again forever
I originally drew this before this sub was even made but I feel like it belongs here
How Vivzie expects us the react when she reveals Valentino's sad human life where he had no parents, lived in poverty, was ginger, was under 5 ft, had a 2 inch dick, his actual name was "Garagnugu" and everyone bullied him in school,
Meet The Hazbin Villains! Watch them continue to disappoint the audience in new and exciting ways!
Given this response and the bad analytics on Shark Boy Summer, I think they're about to understand the importance of audience opinion
Like sure the harrassment was bad and stuff but every subreddit for this show is post after post saying this was at best poorly thought out and its not even broken a million views and has a greater dislike ratio than Unhappy Campers.
Now they as usual did a merch drop with the video and ive yet to see anyone even mention that so that's probably not selling and I cant imagine Sharkrobot will be to thrilled with that.
And lastly while Viv has her little team of Yesmen on Blusky analytics dont lie and she cant force people to like Chaz
Chaz's resurrection made me realize something... the writers be letting every irrelevant ass character live except for Adam
Stolas had no fucking reason to just Aura farm against DHORKS and then just leave them. IMP already killed literally every other agent in the building, wtf was the point in keeping them alive other than to use them again for future skits??
Lute is actually a good character with potential but they STILL managed to fuck her up!! Vaggi had no reason to let her live (ik it was to piss Lute off but still, cmon bruh), and even though she did, they didn't give Lute shit in season two except for a banger ass song. And she's not going to be the main villain of season three, POSSIBLY not even season four. They kept her alive and for what? To be a filler villain with wasted potential? At that point they should've just killed her and kept Adam alive, Jesus Christ.
And these stupid little cherubs, OH. MY LORD. WHY DIDN'T IMP JUST FUCKING KILL THEM?? WHY THROW THEM BACK THROUGH THE PORTAL?? it's not like they were gonna face any repercussions for killing them cuz nobody gave a fuck!! I just know the only reason the writers didn't kill them off is the same reason they didn't kill off DHORKS: to use them for future episodes when plot device ass characters are needed. Lord have mercy.
And then Chaz... THIS. FUCKING. CUNT. Adam is the main antagonist of season one, yet he gets three whole episodes of screen time (not including Lute's hallucinations). Chaz is a comedic relief character for a SINGLE episode who was pretty much nothing more than a plot device to further Crimson's agenda, yet he gets brought back with not only an entire short dedicated to him, but a fucking SONG too?? WHO ASKED FOR THIS 😭😭😭 plus they won't give Adam and Lute ANY merch for some reason?? Yet Chaz has a lot of merch even though he's like- the most unimportant character who serves zero purpose?? What the fuck is this bias?? not to mention it completely ruins the menacing energy around Crimson's character. It was actually unnerving when he hung Chaz's teeth on the wall. Now I just can't take his character seriously anymore lol.
Meanwhile, JUST LIKE LUTE, Adam had so much potential. Need I explain why? He was the first man, been around for thousands of years and was enabled by Heaven's corrupt system. Bringing him back as a sinner would've been the PERFECT parallel to Sir Pentious to show that just because someone is in Hell doesn't mean they can't be better, and just because someone is in Heaven doesn't mean they can't change for the worse. Why are the writers so hellbent on NOT making sinner Adam canon? I swear to God, liking this show is a curse. And making Adam a hallucination of Lute was like trying to fix a broken leg with a band aid. Absolutely atrocious writing for Adam. My husband deserves better. Vivziepop talking bout sum "I'm not afraid to kill off characters" when she can't even kill off these mfs
I didn't know there was gonna be a new short so I had no expectations for SHARK BOY SUMMER, and it sucked
I hadn't seen the promo image, the VA tweets or videos, hell I didn't even realize it was a MV when it drop, I thought it was another merch sale video and didn't even look at it for a few hours until I saw a post on reddit talking about a new MV. So I can say that I had no expectations for this video.
I hated it, the lyrics are boring and uninspired. the visuals are fine but the shots and general direction are really lackluster (the only thing worth noting is that shot with the fluid snoop dog dance). And the singing and music was mediocre and boring.
This is all my opinion, if you liked the song that's fine, no one is wrong for like it or dislike it but for me this was a complete disappointment especially considering that the music in both shows is very good
Why I don’t think Lute will be redeemed
A lot of Hazbin Hotel fans agree that the series should redeem an actual evil character before the series is over, to empathize “anyone can be redeemed”. Lute is one of the more popular choices because she’s arguably the most redeemable off the fact that she was indoctrinated into who he is and she thinks she’s doing the right thing.
However, I don’t think Lute is being redeemed because I feel like Vaggi and Sera already changing would make it repetitive. Both do these two are characters who were part of the exterminations but are now changing for the better. To have 3 characters basically going through the same arc would be weird.
How would redemption for Lute even look? She accepts she’s wrong (which as far as I’m concerned is impossible as even the Speaker of God couldn’t convince her) and then just chills in Heaven? Heaven and Hell aren’t at war anymore, so it’s not like she can really do anything to make up for what she did, while Sera at least managed to prevent another war via trusting Emily. Lute really feels like her story is being set-up as a tragic villain who’s going to do something big in future seasons (also whether she snaps totally in season 3 or 4, I struggle to see her having an arc that won’t feel rushed).
Why is every Male character in Hazbin Hotel a skinny twink in a suit and bow tie?
What does this say about society? Was Adam killed off because he had the audacity to not be skinny and wear a suit?
